A fascinating group of dilapidated barns within the curtilage of Peddimore Hall which is both grade II listed and a scheduled ancient monument. Historic surveying was required prior to works which revealed some roof timbers were fifteenth century. We were involved in the full restoration and conversion of the buildings on three sides of the fold yard and a new build dwelling on the fourth side, resulted in a beautiful collection of homes, many of which sold off plan. In depth negotiations were required with the Birmingham City Council Conservation officer to add additional openings and in the design of the courtyard.
