New Residential Scheme Submitted for Planning within the Curtilage of a Grade II Listed Building.

Plans for the construction of a 4 and 5 storey apartment building and the refurbishment of an existing listed building have been submitted
to the Local Authority for planning approval. The development comprises of 80 apartments and ground commercial space.

The listed building has been put at centre stage, with the new-build elements providing a legible composition, with a simple, modern design language that gently references the heritage of the site.

The scheme attempts to make the best use of the site for high quality accommodation, respecting its heritage and contributing to the street scene and riverside.
