to the Local Authority for planning approval. The development comprises of 80 apartments and ground commercial space.
The listed building has been put at centre stage, with the new-build elements providing a legible composition, with a simple, modern design language that gently references the heritage of the site.
The scheme attempts to make the best use of the site for high quality accommodation, respecting its heritage and contributing to the street scene and riverside.
