Two superb character dwellings were created through the sympathetic conversion of existing barns in a rural setting.

Solar and photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating were used subtly throughout to ensure low energy costs. With incredible views of East Leicestershire and a high-specification finish, the barns were highly desirable and quickly sold off-plan. The scheme was a ProCon Awards finalist.
