Aston Down is an ex-military airfield, with a collection of various buildings and hangers, now with industrial uses.

Identified as a key employment site, Staniforth Architects have developed a masterplan for the site, integrating a range of additional industrial units. The site sits with an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so a careful balance has to be struck with the amount of accommodation, proportions and quality of the detailed design.

We are very excited about this large scale development taking to construction in the near future.
